The MAT Member is from the Return of Ultraman television show, which aired from April 21st, 1971 to March 31st, 1972. The Allies of Justice MAT Member was released in October, 1971 and was the second figure in the line. He came in a long window box, the costume already fitted onto a Takara New G.I. Joe figure.
